Travis Jarome is in his third year with as the Assistant Director of Media Relations at Troy University. Jarome serves as the primary contact for all women’s sports at Troy; including cross country, track and field (indoor/outdoor), tennis, volleyball and women’s basketball. He is also responsible for the oversight of softball and women’s soccer at Troy.
Jarome has been the primary contact, in his six-plus year career, for four national championship tennis teams, two national runner-up soccer teams and a Final Four women’s basketball team at Auburn-Montgomery. He has also promoted a former Wimbledon doubles champion, two NBA players, WNBA player and four professional players drafted by Major League Baseball.
Jarome earned his Bachelor of Science Degree from Auburn University Montgomery in 2003. He is married to the former Courtney Hatfield of Wetumpka. The couple resides in Montgomery, AL and has one child, Riley Grace - born November 10, 2008.
