Troy University Sports Hall of Fame Nominations
Troy University will recognize distinguished individuals with outstanding accomplishments or contributions in the field of athletics by establishing a Sports Hall of Fame. The Hall of Fame will include four individual categories for nominations including student-athletes, coaches, administrators, and vintage.
Student-Athlete: preferably a graduate or a student-athlete with exhausted eligibility.
Coach: eligible after five years of service to Troy University, if retired. If not retired, must have a minimum of ten years of service to TROY and not currently employed by Troy University.
Administrator: eligible after five years of service to Troy University, if retired. If not retired, must have a minimum of ten years of service to TROY and not be currently employed by Troy University.
Vintage: inductee should be a former athlete, coach or administrator who has not been affiliated with the University in any of those capacities for a period of not less than twenty-five (25) years.
Please provide a current resume for the nominee. Please limit resume information to three pages. Any additional information you have regarding the nominee may also be included (i.e. magazines/newspaper articles, media releases, etc.). Information may be submitted electronically or hard copy to the address listed below.
