Jon E. Adams is a certified physicians assistant that provides a tremendous amount of support for the Troy University sports medicine program.
Adams, a native of Troy, earned his undergraduate degree in Health from Troy University and a Master of Education in Exercise Science from Auburn University.
Adams attended the University of South Alabama and earned a Master of Health Science in Physician Assistant Studies in 1998. He is Board Certified (PA-C) by the American Academy of Physician Assistants. and also certified as an athletic trainer (ATC) by the National Athletic Trainers Association.
