Men's Tennis Closes Out Fall Play at CCB Invitational

TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – Troy men's tennis will look to close out the fall on a high note as they travel in state to take part in the CCB Collegiate Invitational beginning on Friday.

Doubles matches will begin on Friday at 9 a.m. and will be immediately followed by singles play at 10 a.m. There will be 48 singles matches on Friday before that number is cut to 24 on both Saturday and Sunday.

Competition in the tournament will consist of Alabama, ETSU, Lipscomb, Miami, Portland, Samford, South Alabama, Southern Miss, Tennessee, Tulane and UAB. This will be the fifth meet Troy will have competed in in fall play.

The Trojans have gained valuable experience in fall play as the team implements seven new players into a roster that has just two seniors and five freshmen.
