ORLANDO, Fla. – The Troy men's tennis team returns to the court on Saturday when the Trojans travel to take on UCF at 1 p.m.
The Trojans (7-9) enter having lost three straight, with all three coming against tough competition at last weekend's prestigious Blue Gray National Tennis Classic. Troy fell to No.22 Notre Dame, No.38 Nebraska and William and Mary last weekend in Montgomery, Ala.
Prior to that tournament, the Trojans had won six straight to bring their record above .500 after starting the season 1-6.
Troy is led on the season by Sami Ghorbel who has posted an 11-2 record in singles play, including wins in his last six matches.
UCF (9-7) comes in having lost its last match, to No.33 Cornell on Wednesday at home. Prior to that, the Golden Knights had won three straight.
