Troy Women’s Golf Heads to The “Mo”Morial

TROY, Ala. – In its final tune-up before the Sun Belt Conference Championship, the Troy women's golf team heads to The Traditions Course for The "Mo"Morial Invitational, hosted by Texas A&M on Monday and Tuesday.

The Trojans are looking to regain some swagger heading into next week's Sun Belt Championship after winning the Huntsville.org Intercollegiate during the first week of March; Troy has finished towards the back of the back in three straight tournaments.

Back from a minor injury, Manya Saini had a strong spring debut for the Trojans, as she tied for 25^th place at the ULM Invitational last week and returns to head coach Randy Keck's lineup in Texas.

Victoria Stutts took over the top spot on Troy's season card with her 6-over performance at ULM, she enters the week leading the Trojans with a 3.27 score vs. par and five rounds under par for the year.

Laura Fangmeyer is in Troy's lineup for the 11^th time in 11 tournaments this season, while Katelynn Altese returns after playing as an individual at ULM and Alyssa Mercado makes her 10th appearance of the year.
