TROY, Ala. – Troy cross country prepares for its third meet of the season on Friday, Oct. 3rd, for the Azalea City Classic at Langan Park in Mobile, Ala.
"We've been in a big training block since our last race in Huntsville, and I can see the team is itching to go racing," head coach Brian Cunningham said. "While this race is small, it should be very competitive and give our teams the opportunity to race towards the front of the pack. I'm very excited with where we are in training and our progress so far this season."
Troy is set to take the course at Langan Park with the women starting at 6:05 p.m., followed by the men at 6:30 p.m. The Trojans last competed at the Azalea City Classic in 2021, when the women claimed first overall and the men earned a runner-up finish.
