FOLEY, Ala. – The Troy cross country team ended its 2026 campaign at the Sun Belt Conference Cross Country Championship at the Graham Creek Nature Preserve on Friday morning.
The men's team placed sixth overall with 158 points, while the women's team placed eleventh with 267 points.
"I'm very proud of the efforts for both the men's and women's teams," head coach Brian Cunningham said. "They gave their all today, truly left everything on the course, as evidenced by the numbers of personal bests and season's bests. Riley and Winny were each just outside of third team all-conference positions. Overall, this has been a very good year of learning and growth."
Top finisher on the men's side was once again Riley Treadaway, who placed 23rd with a new personal best time of 25:23.80. Caden Blackman followed close behind, earning 27th, clocking in at 25:32.40, a new season best. Other scorers for the Trojans included Patterson Graham (25:48.10), who earned a new personal best with his 33rd-place finish; Lane Watson (25:51.70), who finished 35th; and Keith Warner (26:35.80), who finished 47th.
