After winning the fourth most consecutive conference games at nine, the Trojans find themselves on the opposite end with back-to-back losses. On Wednesday, a slow start against Old Dominion saw the Trojans down 13-2 with 7:24 remaining in the first. However, Troy outscored the Monarchs 26-19 in the final 17:24 to be down four at the half. The second half saw Troy capture the lead and bring the advantage to three, 42-39, with 3:12 left in the third. After seven lead changes and five tied scores, Old Dominion, via Jordan McLaughlin, made the final lead change with 2:01 left and polished off a 63-59 win.
