Troy Returns Home to Face the Red Wolves

TROY, Ala. – After finishing its Peach State swing with a sweep over Georgia Southern, 61-52, Troy comes home to Trojan Arena to face Arkansas State at 6 p.m.
The Trojans (16-7, 7-3 SBC) enter the matchup on a three-game winning streak and a guaranteed winning season for the first time since the 2016-17 season.
Completing the Peach State Sweep
Duke Miles led the team to victory over the Eagles on both sides of the ball, scoring 11 points, forcing a career-high six steals and dishing out eight assists.
The Trojans entered the half leading by 12 points, 35-23, before committing four turnovers on four straight possessions to start the second.
Troy found itself down by two, 39-37, after a 16-2 run by the Eagles.
After Jakevan Leftridge stopped the bleeding with a free throw and Miles nailed one from deep, Troy relaunched its lead to double-digits with a 14-6 run.
Georgia Southern gave one last fight before the Trojans finished the job, capturing their first win in Hanner Fieldhouse since 2015.
