NASHVILLE – Troy men's tennis opened their first of three matches in Nashville on the losing end on Saturday as the Trojans fell to Belmont, 2-5.

In singles Troy earned wins as both the No. 2 and No. 3 spots. At No. 2 singles was Oskar Michalek who earned his second win the young season with an impressive come-from-behind victory. After dropping the first set 2-6, he battled back to take the final two sets. At No. 3 singles was Carles Anton who, like Michalek, earned his second win of the season after defeating Belmont's Marko Llic in straight sets.
