TUSCALOOSA, Alabama - Matea Mihaljevic and South Alabama's Leslie Soto Bustamante teamed up to win the Nancy Pate Doubles Draw in the Roberta Alison Fall Classic on Saturday.
Mihaljevic and Bustamante defeated Kennesaw State's Aspen Jarett and Kendall Nash, 6-1, to take the doubles title. Mihaljevic also won her singles consolation match against Memphis' Aleksandra Topalovic, 7-6 (5), 6-4.
Tingting Pei, Maria Casas Blas and Chunxi Guo each won consolation matches to finish the tournament on a victorious note.
