Men’s Golf Heads to AutoTrader.com Collegiate Classic

TROY, Alabama – After nearly a month off, the Troy men's golf team returns to action Monday and Tuesday at the AutoTrader.com Collegiate Classic hosted by Georgia State at the Berkeley Hills Country Club in Duluth, Georgia.
Troy enters the event ranked 73rd nationally following its opening two tournaments of the year. The Trojans have posted a +3.67 score vs. par as a team per round this year led by Clayton Vannoy's 71.33 scoring average. Vannoy has played half of his six rounds under par and is coming off a second place finish at the FAMC Intercollegiate at The Grove.
The AutoTrader.com Collegiate Classic is a familiar event for the Trojans and features a pair of Sun Belt foes in Georgia State and Georgia Southern in addition to No. 25 Ole Miss.
Head coach Matt Terry will send out his normal lineup of Vannoy, Jared Bettcher (73.33), Cam Norman (73.67), Luke Moser (74.17) and Calum Masters (75.83), while freshmen Sam Prater and Jake Tiffin will compete as individuals.

Troy, Georgia State, Chattanooga, Georgia Southern, South Florida, Ole Miss, Lipscomb, Middle Tennessee, UNC Greensboro, Yale, Francis Marion, Richmond and Winthrop.
T-Time
Troy will be paired with Ole Miss, Lipscomb and Middle Tennessee as the field will play foursomes. Troy's pairing will hit the course at 7:30 am as the field will play a shotgun start; Troy will open on holes 5-8.
