Trojans Postpone Sunday Match, Travel to Auburn

AUBURN, Ala. – After a weeklong break, the Troy women's tennis team will travel to take on No. 21 Auburn on Saturday. Troy was also scheduled to host Florida A&M on Sunday, but due to the threat of rain, the match has been postponed. A make-up date hasn't been announced.
The Trojans and Tigers will begin their match at 2 p.m. at the Yarbrough Tennis Center. Live scoring will be available through AuburnTigers.com.
Troy (1-3) has dropped three straight matches after a season-opening win at Charleston Southern. Two of those losses have come on the road to ranked opponents, including a narrow 4-3 loss at Georgia State last weekend.
Auburn (1-1) is coming off of a split of two matches in the ITA Kickoff Weekend in Austin, Texas. The Tigers lost to No. 17 Texas before defeating No. 24 Florida State.Â
The Tigers will host Alabama A&M at 11 a.m. on Saturday before hosting Troy.
