Junior (2017-18): Cross Country - Did not race. Outdoor – Completed the Jaguar Classic in a personal-best time of 9:27.27 … Part of the 4x400m relay team that finished third at the Samford Track Challenge in 3:25.68 … Finished the mile race in seventh in 4:30.30 at the Samford Track Challenge … Placed fifth at the ECU Invitational 5000m race in 15:49.81 … Ran the Tiger Classic 1500m race in 4:15.25.

Freshman (2015-16): Cross Country - Competed for the Trojans in five of six meets on the year... Logged a time of 16:25.85 in the 5k at the JSU Struts Season Opener... Had a season-best time of 26:32.90 in the 8k at the Azalea City Classic... Competed in the 8k at the Sun Belt Championships and placed 56th.
High School: Attended Morrow High School... Was a member of the 2013 and 2014 XC Clayton County Championship teams... The Clayton County 1 and 2 mile Champion in 2014 and 2015... Named to the All-Region XC team in 2013 and 2014... A State individual qualifier in 2013 and 2014... All-Region team in the 1 and 2 mile in 2014... All-Region team in the 800m in 2015.
