Troy Soccer Hosts James Madison in Saturday Night Sun Belt Action

TROY, Ala. - Troy Soccer returns home to the Troy Soccer Complex on Saturday night as the Trojans are set to host James Madison under the lights at 7 p.m.
The Trojans are off to a 0-2-1 start to Sun Belt Conference play, and are coming off a 1-0 loss to the Sun Belt's top team in the NCAA RPI, Texas State (No. 43), on Sunday. Troy's young lineup saw four freshmen start against the Bobcats, including the first career start for defender Izzy Skinner, who played the full 90 minutes.
Troy enters the matchup with James Madison with one of the Sun Belt's top defenses, ranking third in the conference in goals allowed per game (0.90). Goalkeeper Taylor Richards has started nine of Troy's ten games in goal and recorded a career high of nine saves against Texas State.
