Twelve Troy Student-Athletes Participate in Summer Commencement

TROY, Ala. – Troy student-athletes represented 12 of the nearly 350 students who participated in Troy's summer commencement ceremonies on Friday in Trojan Arena.
Troy's baseball program led the way with four players earning degrees this semester, followed by three from track & field.
They keynote address was provided by Alabama Secretary of State and Troy alumnus Wes Allen.
Allen was sworn in as Alabama's 54th Secretary of State on January 16, 2023. He served as Pike County's Probate Judge for nearly a decade before being elected to serve District 89 in the Alabama House of Representatives. He has announced his candidacy for lieutenant governor.
