The Trojans are looking to snap their two-game skid and get back into the win column for the first time since defeating New Orleans on Nov. 9. The Trojans offense has been out of sorts the last few games, shooting 38.2 percent against the Razorbacks and 37.3 percent against the Ducks. The three-point shooting has been especially woeful, as Troy is 6-44 (13.6 percent) over its last two contests.
Forward Myles Rigsby is continuing to show why he was named to the Preseason All-Sun Belt First Team, as he is the only Troy player to score in double-figures in all four games this season. On Sunday afternoon, Rigsby had a team-high 15 points on 6-12 shooting.
A key to getting back to the success Troy had in the first two games will be limiting turnovers and costly mistakes. On Sunday in Eugene, the Trojans turned the ball over 17 times and had just 14 assists. On Wednesday against Arkansas, Troy had 24 turnovers and only 12 assists.
The Trojans continue to do well in the rebounding battle, having won it in three of four games this season. The lone poor rebounding game was Sunday, but Troy still grabbed 31 rebounds and had more offensive rebounds than the Ducks (13-10).
