It's also the second clean sheet posted by the Trojans. Une Hebnes Georgsen posted one in the season opener when Troy blanked Lipscomb 1-0. On Thursday, it was Rubie Kelley who made five saves to shutout the Owls. Kelley leads the team in saves with eight this year, good for a .727 save percentage.
Stout Defense
The Queens of Charlotte are off to a balanced start this season, with one loss, win and draw. The Royals' three points have come courtesy of strong defensive play, that has led to two clean sheets in three games and only three goals allowed on 47 shots.
