Troy Athletics, Alfa Insurance Partner for Community Hero of the Game

TROY, Ala. – Building on the highly successful Community Hero Ticket Program, Troy Athletics and Alfa Insurance are excited to announce a new venture for the 2023 football season with a Community Hero of the Game.
Fans can be part of the nomination process for the individuals who will be honored at each home football game as part of this program. Individuals who serve in the military (active or retired), first responders, medical field, educators, community outreach and other areas such as these are great examples of the types of individuals who qualify for this recognition.
One individual will be selected from the pool of nominees to serve as the Community Hero of the Game for each of Troy's six home games at The Vet. The recipient will be honored at a game and receive four (4) chairback tickets to the game that will be branded as the Alfa Community Hero of the Game seats. The recipient will also be recognized on Troy Athletics' social media platforms.
Fans are encouraged to nominate individuals to be honored throughout the 2023 football season by filling out the nomination form at TroyTrojans.com/Hero.
Additionally, all fans are encouraged to help purchase Community Hero Tickets presented by Alfa Insurance. Troy Athletics distributes these tickets to help bring members of the military, first responders, educators, community outreach groups and many more to home football games. Fans can purchase these tickets for $60 each and Troy Athletics will directly match each purchase.
