Cadi Rowe Takes on NCAA South Regional
11/9/2023 9:00:00 AM | Cross Country
TROY, Ala. – Senior Cadi Rowe prepares as the sole Trojan competing Friday morning in the NCAA South Regional at the Mark Bostick Golf Course in Gainsville, Fla.
"Cadi has had a solid racing season this fall and I'm excited to see her compete against the best the South Region has to offer," head coach Brian Cunningham said. "She's a true warrior who has battled back from a life-threatening illness and not only returned to previous times but has exceeded them. Heck, she even won her first collegiate race this year. This has the potential to be her last cross-country race in a Troy kit, and if it is, all Trojans can be proud of the grit and determination she has exhibited while wearing the uniform."
The meet begins at 8:30 a.m. for the women as Rowe takes on the 6k event against the top racers in the south region, consisting of individuals from Florida, Mississippi, Georgia, Tennessee and Alabama.
