Â
TROY, Ala. --Â Paciolan, the leading college athletics ticketing, marketing, fundraising, and analytics solution provider, has entered into a relationship with Troy Athletics. As a result, Paciolan will power ticketing, access management and marketing solutions for Troy Athletics events.
Â
"Paciolan is the leader in the ticketing space for college athletics and through this partnership will offer dynamic ticketing technology not only to our amazing fans but also allow our staff to better engage and communicate with them," Troy Director of Athletics Brent Jones said. "The fan experience is paramount for all of our games, events and matches, and our partnership with Paciolan will enhance that experience to a premier level. We are excited to join the Paciolan community and continue to provide our fans with elite-level customer service and a state-of-the-art ticketing solution."
Â
In addition to standard hard copy tickets, Trojan fans will now have the option to choose mobile ticketing or print at home options. With mobile ticketing and access management, Trojan fans can purchase mobile tickets, receive them directly via text and save them to their mobile wallet. Fans then scan their phones to enter the venue, removing the need for a paper ticket. If Trojan fans cannot attend an event, they can transfer tickets to friends or family via text through the mobile account manage tools.
Â
Troy Athletics will leverage Paciolan's email digital marketing and marketing platform, PAC Mail, to better engage, interact, and communicate with fans, students, and alumni. This integrated marketing tool will allow staff to target email marketing messages based on previous purchase history, attendance, and preferences to customize communications for each fan to offer the best fan experience and buying purchase experience possible.
Â
Event ticketing will integrate into the Troy Athletics website powered by SIDEARM Sports. The integration provides Troy fans with instant access to information about remaining ticket inventory and pricing on athletics web pages, including the schedule page.
Â
As a partner, Troy receives Paciolan's signature service and support. The athletics staff will team up with a highly experienced client partner, an ecommerce operations specialist, and a marketing specialist who will help with strategic planning, sharing best practices, and consulting on the use of Paciolan tools.
Â
"We look forward to working with Troy Athletics to elevate mobile ticketing and fan engagement technologies," Paciolan President and CEO Kim Damron said. "Combining these powerful marketing and mobile tools will help fill seats and create memories for Trojan fans for years to come."
Â
Troy Athletics also has a relationship with LEARFIELD Amplify to help engage fans and sell tickets.

Troy + Paciolan – FAQ
A more in-depth FAQ will follow as we get closer to the 2022 athletic seasons to answer all questions about how to access and transfer your tickets within our new ticketing system.
Â
What types of tickets will be accepted at Troy Athletics venues with the move to Paciolan?Â
Troy fans will be able to enjoy and utilize three types of tickets to gain access to their seats within Veterans Memorial Stadium, Trojan Arena and Riddle-Pace Field beginning with the 2022-23 athletic seasons. Those types of tickets include:Â
Â
Standard Hard Copy Tickets – these will remain the same as the in-hand tickets that our fans have used throughout the years. Now, fans will be able to present their tickets and have them scanned to gain admission instead of having their ticket stubbed like in previous years.Â
Â
Print at Home Tickets – from the comfort of your home, you can now print your tickets and bring them with you to gain admission to any of our home venues.Â
Â
Digital Tickets – this function will allow you to maintain your tickets digitally within your Apple Wallet or Google Pay Wallet on your smartphone. This function will also allow you to transfer tickets to individuals within your group for easier access into our venues.
Â
What do I need to do to set up my account?
All fans who have purchased tickets from Troy Athletics will receive an automatic email from Troy Athletics within the coming weeks with information and step-by-step instructions on how to set up their new account within Paciolan.
Â
How can assure I can access my tickets on Gamedays via my smartphone?
If you choose to utilize the digital tickets option, we highly recommend adding all your tickets to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay Wallet before game day. This will prevent you from having to deal with connectivity issues at the gate, as the tickets will be stored in your digital wallet.
Â
How will parking work on gamedays?
Season parking passes will still be the physical hangtag parking passes, which will be mailed to you. All single-game parking passes will be mobile-only. The mobile parking pass will appear color-coded based upon your lot. Present the parking pass on your phone at entry to the parking attendant. Please do not screenshot or duplicate any parking passes or tickets and share them; barcodes that show as a duplicate scan will be prohibited from entering the lot.
 Â
Do I already have an account, or do I need to create one?
If you have purchased tickets previously, you already have an account, and you will receive an email later in July with details about how to access your new account within Paciolan.
