Trojans Tabbed No. 6 Seed at Sun Belt Conference Tournament

TROY, Ala – The Troy baseball team will head to the Sun Belt Conference tournament as the No. 6 seed next week in Montgomery at Riverwalk Stadium.
Troy avoided playing in the single-elimination game Tuesday with two wins over Appalachian State this weekend and Texas State's sweep of Georgia State.
As the sixth seed, the Trojans will match up with the third seed Coastal Carolina on Wednesday, May 25, at 9 a.m. The loser of Wednesday's matchup will play again on Thursday, May 26, at 9 a.m. against either Georgia Southern or one of the four teams playing Tuesday in the single-elimination games.
Last weekend, the Trojans and Chanticleers saw each other, with Coastal Carolina coming out victorious in all three games.
Every tournament game will be nationally broadcast on ESPN+, concluding with the championship game at 2:00 p.m. ET/1:00 p.m. CT on Sunday, May 29.
Tickets remain available, with prices starting at just $10.
