TROY, Ala – Coming off an impressive performance against Jacksonville State, Troy Baseball begins an eight-game home stand this weekend as they get set to take on Indiana at Riddle-Pace Field.
Due to inclement weather anticipated for the Troy area on Friday, the series opener has been moved to a 2 p.m. first pitch. The teams will not play Saturday as freezing temperatures and high winds are expected which will create unplayable conditions for baseball; instead, the teams will play a doubleheader Sunday beginning at 11 a.m.
This will only be the fourth meeting between the two programs as Troy holds a 1-2 record against the Hoosiers, with the last meeting coming in 2007, where Troy won 4-3 in Dothan.

The Trojan bats look to remain hot as a 10-run outburst in the third inning helped lead Troy to win their second game in a row. It was the Trojan's first 10 run inning in 12 years, as they hadn't done since 2010 against New Orleans.
After picking up his first win of the season last week, Garrett Gainous once again gets the Friday nod on the mound. Brady Fuller and Bay Witcher will follow on Saturday and Sunday.
