Troy Soccer Hosts Kennesaw State and Chattanooga

TROY, Alabama – The Troy soccer team will open its home schedule on Friday against Kennesaw State before taking on Chattanooga at the Troy Soccer Complex on Sunday.
The Trojans (1-1-0) are return home after a 5-0 loss at No. 10 Florida State, but did claim a victory in the team's season opener on Aug. 16 at Jacksonville. Troy is 30-9-2 in its last 41 home games.
Kennesaw State (2-0-0) and Chattanooga (2-0-0) each enter the weekend looking to stay perfect on the season. The Owls earned wins against Western Carolina and Georgia State, while the Mocs took games against Alabama A&M and Georgia Southern.
Maddie Brune, Lauren Aldrich and Kiersten Edlund have each played all 180 minutes of Troy's season, while Brune and Natalie Melillo each have one goal under their belts.
