Final Results
FRANKLIN, Tennessee – Calum Masters carded a pair of birdies and led Troy with a 3-over 74 in Sunday's final round of the Mason Rudolph Championship at the Vanderbilt Legends Club. Troy finished in 12th place overall and Masters took home 27th on the individual leaderboard.
Masters shot 9-over for the tournament to pace the Trojans, while Mac Murphy and Ike Alexander tied for 50th at 15-over. Murphy also had a pair of birdies on Sunday as he shot 4-over on the day and Alexander finished the day 5-over with one birdie.
Connor Futrell shot 7-over in the final round to finish tied for 60th place overall at 17-over. Dean Martin had a pair of birdies in Sunday's round and shot 8-over to tie for 64th place and Jake Tiffin also shot 8-over on the day and tied for 79th place.
No. 4 Vanderbilt won the team title by four shots over No. 7 Alabama followed by No. 46 Liberty and No. 6 Florida.
Troy returns to a familiar site this upcoming weekend as the Trojans travel to The Raven for the Sun Belt Conference Championship. Troy won the 2016 Sun Belt championship and won the stroke play portion of the event last year before falling in match play.
