Pablo Gracia Named to All-Sun Belt Third Team

TROY, Ala. – Troy junior Pablo Gracia was named to the All-Sun Belt Third Team, the league office announced Tuesday afternoon.
"I'm very proud of Pablo for receiving All-Sun Belt Third Team honors," head coach Clay Bounds said. "This award is voted on by competing coaches in the conference, and for them to see and take notice of his success is very rewarding. The goal now for Pablo and the rest of his teammates will be to make first team next year. Go Trojans."
Gracia led the Trojans with a 71.88 scoring average and 0.16 score vs. par for the year, while finishing with 14 rounds under-par and a team-best eight rounds in the 60s. A native of Logrono, Spain, Gracia is currently ranked No. 435 in the country.
He carried Troy's top bag in five of the Trojans' 11 events over the course of the season, with three top-10 finishes. Gracia posted an individual winning percentage of over 72 percent and had his individual card count toward Troy's team score in 31-of-32 rounds.
Gracia played all but three of his rounds within three strokes of par and recorded five of Troy's top 54-hole totals this season.
