Trojans Face ETSU Monday Morning

GAME NOTES
JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. – Coming off a pair of home wins, the Troy women's basketball is back on the road, this time to face East Tennessee State on Monday at 10 a.m.
The Trojans (2-1) routed Tennessee State on Friday, 92-67, with five players scoring in double figures led by Amber Rivers with 19; junior Kate Rodgers also played a key role pulling down 12 rebounds. For the second straight game, Troy's defense forced more turnovers than field goals allowed as Tennessee State was just 20-of-69 (29 percent) from the field and turned the ball over 21 times. On Monday, Samford made just 18 baskets while handing the ball over 19 times.
East Tennessee (0-3) fell at Radford on Thursday, 79-64. The Bucs opened the game on a 19-0 run, but Radford rebounded to take the lead in the third quarter. ESTU turned the ball over 27 times in the loss.
