Troy Menβs Tennis Continues Tough Schedule at No. 32 NC State

TROY, Alabama β The Troy men's tennis team will play its ninth match against a ranked team on Saturday when the Trojans travel to take on No. 32 NC State at 1 p.m. CT at the J.W. Isenhour Tennis Center in Raleigh, N.C.

Troy (1-8), the defending Sun Belt champion, has played all of its matches away from home this season, and eight of the nine have come against ranked teams.Β

Daniel Bustamante has moved into the ITA National Singles Rankings for Troy, marking the first ranking of his career, debuting at No. 114.Β The senior has beaten two ranked opponents this season, including No. 23 Piotr Lomacki of Miami.

Pablo Moreno has posted Troy's top singles record at 5-3 on the season, playing mostly in the No. 5 position.

NC State (7-2) has won three straight matches, including two last Sunday over South Carolina and Bryant.Β The Wolfpack's lineup features two ranked players in No. 53 Nick Horton and No. 74 Simon Norenius.
