Troy SAAC Asking Community to Help in Annual Food Drive - FINAL DAY

TROY, Alabama – The Troy University Student-Athlete Advisory Committee is in the midst of its annual Food Drive, and it's asking for your help this year in supporting the Troy Human Resources Food Bank. Wednesday, Nov. 18, marks the final day for donations, which can be made at the Troy Student-Athlete Services Office on the third floor of the Hawkins Tower at Veterans Memorial Stadium.Â

This is the 11th year of the Troy SAAC Food Drive. Last year, Troy student-athletes donated approximately 10,000 canned goods for use by residents of the Troy community during the holiday season.

SAAC is made up of student-athletes from all of Troy's teams, and its mission is to prepare student-athletes for lifelong learning and global citizenship through the promotion of academic, athletic, professional, and personal growth.Â
