Sanae Ohta Wins Singles Flight at Roberta Allison Classic

TUSCALOOSA, Alabama – The Troy women's tennis team concluded play at the Roberta Allison Fall Classic with a very successful day on Saturday. Sanae Ohta won her singles flight while the Trojans also won three of their four doubles matches.

Ohta, who won twice on Friday to make it to the final, and defeated Mississippi State's Kristina Vozniak, 6-2, 6-4, in that final on Saturday.Â

In doubles play, Ohta and her partner Efriliya Herlina won a pair of matches against UAB and Northwestern. Also in doubles play, Alicia Rodriguez and Jiayuan Xue finished in third in their flight with a win over UAB.
