Second Annual Chick-Fil-A Trojan Madness a Success

Troy athletics and the Troy men's and women's basketball teams hosted the second annual Chick-Fil-A Trojan Madness at Trojan Arena on Wednesday night.
In front of a great student crowd, both teams competed in a 3-point shootout, which Wesley Person won. The men's team showed their skills in a dunk contest, which Christian Harrison won. Both teams showed their flair in intrasquad scrimmages. Â The Troy men's and women's coaches also combined to show off their dance moves.
Both teams hit the court next Thursday, November 5, when they host an exhibition doubleheader. Â The women tipoff at 5:15 p.m. against Stillman with the men to follow at 7:30 p.m. against AUM. Â
The Troy women open their regular season at home on Friday, November 13, against West Alabama. Â The Troy men open that night on the road at South Florida. Â The Troy men open their home, regular-season schedule on Sunday, November 15, when they host Reinhardt.
