DOTHAN, Alabama – The Troy men's basketball team shot past Fort Valley State as it defeated the Wildcats 80-63 in its first game at the Dothan Civic Center. Senior Musa Abdul-Aleem led the Trojans with a game-high 24 points as he shot 8-of-13 from the floor, 16 of which came in the first half.
Â
The Trojans took a 1-0 lead just two minutes and 39 seconds into the contest, which it would never relinquish.
