NEW ORLEANS, La. – The Troy men's tennis team dropped its fourth match to a ranked opponent in the last week, falling at No. 70 Tulane, 6-1, on Saturday.

Troy (0-5) dropped the doubles point to the nationally-ranked Green Wave, including a match against the 38th-ranked pair in the nation.

Daniel Bustamante got picked up the Trojans lone point, wining at No. 3 singles over Takuma Ohashi, 6-2, 0-6, 6-2. However, Bustamante's win came after Tulane had already taken a 5-0 lead.

After a grueling opening week, the Trojans now take a 13-day break before their next match, a home contest against Alabama A&M on Friday, February 7.
