Trojans Host Jacksonville State in Doubleheader

TROY, Ala. – The Troy women's and men's tennis teams will both host Jacksonville State on Tuesday at the Lunsford Tennis Complex. The matches will be played at the same time and will begin at 2 p.m.
The Troy women (6-4) come in on short rest after defeating Kennesaw State, 4-3, on the road on Sunday. The Trojans have won two straight including their last home match, a 6-1 win over Georgia Southern. The Trojans are 2-0 at home this season.
The Troy men (2-6) snapped a six-game losing streak with a home 6-1 win over Nicholls State on Saturday. The Trojans are 1-1 at home with the other match being a loss to Southern Miss.
The Jacksonville State women (4-6) had their Saturday match against North Alabama cancelled and come in having lost their last two, to USC-Upstate and Chattanooga.
The Jacksonville State men (2-8) also had a Saturday match against North Alabama cancelled and are coming off of 6-1 loss at UAB on Sunday. The Gamecocks have lost three straight dating back to a mid-February win over Alabama A&M.
