Troy Tennis Travels for Weekend Action

ATHENS, Ga., and CLINTON, S.C. – Both the Troy men's and women's tennis teams will be in action as they each travel away from Troy this weekend. The women continue their season at the Georgia Invitational, while the men open their season at Presbyterian and UNC Wilmington.
The Troy women will be joined by No.6 Georgia, No.58 Memphis and No.67 Kansas State at the Georgia Invitational, which features individual play, rather than duel matches. The event runs Friday through Sunday.
The Trojans open their season at No.38 Florida State on Tuesday, falling to the Seminoles, 6-1.
The Troy men travel to Presbyterian for a 2 p.m. duel match on Friday before traveling to No.42 UNC Wilmington on Sunday for an 11 a.m. duel match. The matches mark the first two of the season for the Trojans.
Results from both men's matches, as well as all three days of the Georgia Invitational will be available on TroyTrojans.com.
