Trojans Lose Second Game to Arizona State

The Trojans took the early 1-0 lead in the top of the fourth inning when Michael Precise doubled to left center and scored when junior Charley Williams reached base on a fielder's choice.
ASU's Ike Davis answered that inning with a two-run home run in the bottom of the inning to reclaim the lead, 2-1.
In the next inning, Petey Paramore belted another home run, this time plating three runners to increase the lead at 5-1.
The Sun Devils added three more run in the seventh inning on
Junior Tim Wheeler (1-3) took the loss on the hill for the Trojans going six innings. He allowed five runs on five hits while walking four and striking out six batters.
Jeff Green followed Wheeler and gave up three runs on four hits. Neal Jordan finished the game for the Trojans in the eighth inning by striking out two batters.
Precise led the Trojans with three hits in the game.
