Baumhower’s Victory Grille to Host Troy Baseball NCAA Regional Watch Party

TROY, Ala. – Troy Athletics and Baumhower's Victory Grille in Troy are teaming up to host a watch party for Troy Baseball's NCAA Regional opener against Miami on Friday at 5 p.m., which will be televised on ACC Network.
Baumhower's Victory Grille features wall-to-wall TVs for Troy fans to watch the Trojans take on the Hurricanes, plus other NCAA Regional action throughout the day and weekend.
Troy finished its 2026 campaign with a 32-29 record and owns the nation's No. 6 strength of schedule and the No. 1 non-conference strength of schedule. Troy is the first non-power conference team with a top ten strength of schedule since South Florida's No. 9 strength of schedule in 2018.
The winner of the Gainesville Regional will match up with the winner of the Hattiesburg Regional, hosted by No. 9 seed Southern Miss. Also in the Hattiesburg Regional is No. 2 seed Virginia, No. 3 seed Jacksonville State and No. 4 seed Little Rock.
The Trojans surged with a hot month of May, seeing their RPI climb 32 spots from No. 67 on May 1 to No. 35 on Selection Monday. Troy defeated rival South Alabama four times in the month, including twice in the Sun Belt Tournament, while also picking up an SBC Tournament win over Southern Miss.
Fans heading to Gainesville, Fla., to watch the Regional in person are encouraged to visit The Swamp Restaurant (1104 SW 2nd Ave) prior to each game. The restaurant will serve as the official Troy Fan Headquarters throughout the NCAA Gainesville Regional, with complimentary appetizers provided by the Troy University Alumni Association and Troy Athletics.
Troy's Fan Headquarters will be open from 3:30 to 5 p.m. (ET) on Friday ahead of the matchup with the Hurricanes. A Troy win over Miami on Friday would move the Trojans into the winner's bracket, with their second game of the regional set for 6 p.m. (ET) on Saturday. Fan Headquarters would be open from 3:30 to 5 p.m. on Saturday. Conversely, a loss on Friday would mean the Trojans' next game is on Saturday at 1 p.m. (ET), with Fan Headquarters open from 11 a.m. to noon.
