Troy Rodeo rides to Murray State

TROY, Ala.- The Troy rodeo team travels to Murray State University this weekend to finish the fall semester of competition.
The women's team is looking to repeat a team title at Murray State, after winning the rodeo last year and finishing first for the year in the team competition.
“We really look to do well here,” coach Paul Cave said. “This rodeo can help to set us up for a strong finish during our spring rodeos next semester.”
Points leader Mary Owens and the women's team is currently second in the Ozark Region team competition.
The fourth place men's team is looking to gain ground in the team competition against three nationally-ranked opponents in the Ozark Region.
The Trojans are scheduled to compete this weekend in Murray, Ky., November 15-17, with competition beginning each night at 7:30 p.m.
