Rodeo Finished Third in Missouri Valley

Dusty Merritt and Andy Seiler finished fifth and sixth, respectively, in the calf roping long go. Wes Brunson finished second in the short go with a time of 11.2 seconds, and finished second in the calf roping totals with a total time of 28.7 seconds. Seiler finished fifth overall with a total time of 37.2.
Justin Caylor finished third in the first and second rounds of the saddle bronc riding. He finished second overall in the event with 130 points.
In the steer wrestling event, Zak Dobbins and Chase Chapman tied for sixth in the long go with times of 6.3 seconds. In the short go, Dobbins finished first with a time of 4.0 seconds, while Chapman came in fifth with a time of 5.4 seconds. Overall, Dobbins tied for second with a total time of 10.3 seconds, while Chapman came in sixth with a total time of 11.7 seconds.
In team roping, Erin Bullin teamed with West Alabama's Chad Martin to place second in the long go with a time of 8.0 seconds. The team also finished second in the short go at 7.1 seconds, and finished second overall with a total time of 15.1 seconds. Wes Brunson teamed with Bart Bullin, an independent, to finsihe fifth in the long go with a time of 12.9 seconds. The duo finished fifth in the long go with a time of 24.8 seconds, and fifth overall with a total time of 24.8 seconds.
Brunson finished sixth in the men's all around, with 160 total points.
On the women's side, Melissa Revill finished fourth in the goat tying long go with a time of 8.3 seconds. Revill came in fourth in the short go, finishing in 7.9 seconds. She placed fourth overall with a total time of 16.2 seconds.
Lauren Cox and Randa Dewees finished second and third in the long go of the barrel racing with times of 15.49 seconds and 15.61 seconds.
