Emily Sleeman begins her first season as an assistant with the Troy University women’s soccer program.
As a former Trojan player, Sleeman appeared in all 21 games, starting in 12. She made her collegiate debut against Alabama State. Sleeman recorded her first career point, an assist, in a 4-0 win over UALR.
Played for Saltash.net Community School. She was twice named the Player of the Week and served as team captain from 2005-2010. Sleeman also played for Plymouth Argyle Centre of Excellence for four years spending two as the squad’s captain. The team advananced to the South West Regional Trials for England 2005-2009.
Sleeman was named Student of the Year at Kingston College in 2012 as well as Athlete of the Year.? ?Sleeman is a native of Cornwall, England and has one brother, Ben.
