Notables
- Following Friday's win over Texas State, Troy now owns at least one victory over every Sun Belt opponent except James Madison. The Trojans are 0-2 all-time against the Dukes, with the most recent meeting coming in the 2023 Sun Belt Tournament. The two sides are not scheduled to play in the regular season this year.
- Amiah Butler has finished all 12 matches this season with double-digit kills, surpassing 20 kills twice. Butler is currently on pace to finish the season with 394 kills, which would be a career high. If maintained, Butler's 4.33 kills per set mark would not only be her best in a year but also rank fourth in Troy history.
- Troy is currently 94-60 all-time in Trojan Arena. The first match in the venue was against Georgia Southern in 2013, a 3-0 Trojan win.
- The month of October has been kind to Troy, as the Trojans are 41-31 during the month under head coach Josh Lauer.
- Troy head coach Josh Lauer is in his ninth season at the helm, holding a career record of 123-122. He is the second-longest tenured Division I head coach in Troy program history, trailing only Sonny Kirkpatrick, who guided the Trojans for 11 seasons (2006-16).
