Pitched for four season at Puyallup High School under head coach Tony Batinovich … Earned First Team All-District and All-Area honors in all four seasons … Was named First Team All-State as a junior after going 15-1 with a 0.92 ERA, 129 strikeouts and just three walks … As a seniors, went 13-3 with a 1.25 ERA, 155 strikeouts and 14 walks … Posted ERAs of 1.21 and 1.57 as a freshman and sophomore, respectively … Also hit over .400 as a sophomore, junior and senior … In 2010, was named the Tacoma News Tribune Player of the Year and Seattle Times Pitcher of the Year as well as league MVP … As a freshman, helped lead the Vikings to their first playoff appearance in 10 years … Helped the Vikings reach the playoffs in all four of her seasons.
