2006: Played in 30 games for the Trojans, starting 12... had 40 at bats and six hits for a .150 batting average... knocked in 5 RBIs during the season... scored one run... hit a home run on Mar. 14 against Auburn University... also had three RBIs in that game... on the defensive side had a 1.000 fielding percentage... had two putouts in one game against Alabama A&M on Feb. 12.
High School: Played one year for coach John Ramirez and three years for coach Jim Schuckle... as a junior had a batting average of .612, 38 RBIs and 34 hits... named first team all-district and all-area as a senior... in 2003 competed against the Chinese National team from Taiwan.
Personal: Born on July 29, 1987 in Van Nuys, Calif. ... is the daughter of Douglas and Terry Taber... also lettered two years in basketball... says Henry the VIII is the person in history she would most like to meet... is majoring in Criminal Justice with a minor in psychology.
