OUTLOOK: Missed spring practice as the result of a wrist injury suffered last fall ... Has spent time as an offensive and defensive lineman, as well as a running back and special teams player.
2007: Saw action in just one game, against Florida, before a wrist injury ended his season ... Was credited with one tackle.
2006: Saw action in nine games, one as a starter, in a variety of roles in all phases of the game.
2005: Saw action in the season finale against Middle Tennessee ... Played nine snaps on the offensive line.
2004: Redshirted, did not play.
PREP: Played at Class 3A Rickards High School in Tallahassee, Fla., for head coach Algie Hendrith ... Started on the line on both sides of the ball as a senior, grading out at 95 percent on offense while recording 79 tackles and 10 tackles for loss on defense ... Was undefeated as a member of the school’s wrestling team as a junior, but the school shut the program down following the season ... Participated in weightlifting as a junior and senior ... Competed in the shot put as a junior and senior on the school’s track and field team ...
