He played most of the season with a broken throwing hand, after breaking a bone in the right hand during the second series of the second ball game of the year ... Earned All-County, All-Metro and All-Region honors ... Was a three-time All-County player, three-time All-Region, twice All-Metro and was twice named team MVP.
