Multiple School Records Fall for Troy at the Music City Challenge

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Troy Track & Field set school records in three events at the Music City Challenge.
Benjamin Jaudon ran a personal best time of 7.90 in the men's 60-meter hurdles final to break the previous record of 7.96 set by Casimir Tawiah in 2019. Jaudon ran 8.04 in the preliminary heats and 8.01 in the semifinals to advance to the final, where he won and moved to No. 1 on Troy's all-time list.
Antonio Blair ran a blazing time of 1:17.29 in the men's 600 meter to finish second overall and set a new school record. Malik Humphrey also finished second overall in the men's triple jump with a mark of 14.97 meters, which moves him up to second all-time in Troy's indoor history.
The quartet of Aaliyah Murphy, Rachel Whyte, Haley Wilson and Kady Schwietz ran a season's best time of 3:42.72 to take over the No.1 spot on Troy's all-time indoor list and finish third overall at the meet.
The Trojans have wrapped up their regular season for indoor and the women are set to compete at the Sun Belt Conference Indoor Championships February 23-24.
