8/28/2025 10:00:00 AM | Cross Country
TROY, Ala. – Troy cross country kicks off its 2025 campaign on Friday with the JSU Foothills Invitational at Choccolocco Park.
"We are excited to kick off the season in Oxford on Friday," head coach Brian Cunningham said. "This will be a good opportunity to compete on a familiar course and test our fitness coming off summer training. It has been at least three months since anyone has raced, and I think we are all itchy to get back into competition mode."
The Trojans open their season in Choccolocco Park at 5:30 p.m. on the men's side, followed by the women at 6:15 p.m. Troy's roster includes one newcomer for the women: Sabria Wooden, and five newcomers on the men's side: Caden Phillippi, Ethan Newsome, Ethan Forbes, Pierre Boerkey and Antonio Blair.
