Troy’s Feb. 15 Game at Arkansas State Elevated to ESPN2/ESPNU

TROY, Ala. – The Troy men's basketball game scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 15 at Arkansas State has been elevated to ESPN2/ESPNU, the Sun Belt Conference announced on Monday morning. Tipoff is now set for 7 p.m. CT, and the exact network will be announced later this week.
This marks the second consecutive season that Troy's road game at Arkansas State has been nationally televised. Last season, the Trojans appeared on ESPNU against the Red Wolves.
The Trojans enter a crucial four-game road stand sitting alone in second place in the Sun Belt standings, just one game behind Arkansas State for first. Troy has won its last four games, all coming at home, and are 3-1 on the road during Sun Belt play with wins over App State, Marshall and ULM.
With an 8-3 conference record, Troy is looking to become the only team in the Sun Belt to win 10 or more conference games in each of the last four seasons. The Trojans impressive play has resulted in Troy receiving votes in the CollegeInsider.com Mid-Major Top 25 this year.
Troy ranks top 50 nationally in a plethora of categories, including steals, offensive rebounds, scoring defense and rebound margin. The Trojans are second in the Sun Belt in the Net Rankings and KenPom metrics and are hunting for their first regular-season conference title since the 2008-09 season.
