Troy Soccer Hosts Georgia State in Wednesday Matinee

TROY, Ala. - Troy soccer returns to action on Wednesday as they're set to host Georgia State at the Troy Soccer Complex.Â
The match was previously scheduled for Thursday but has been moved to Wednesday due to inclement weather in the forecast. Â
The Trojans opened Sun Belt play last week with a 1-0 loss to ULM on Friday. In the match, redshirt junior Jiselle Daniels made her Troy debut after missing the first seven games due to injury and led the team with four shots and two shots on goal. Â
Troy enters the matchup with a 4-3-1 record, having gone 3-1-1 in its last five matches. Georgia State sits at 1-5-3 and opened conference play with a 1-1 draw against Marshall.
Kickoff on Wednesday is scheduled for 12 p.m. CT and the game will be broadcast on ESPN+.Â
